Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day for tune up (had a groupon coupon). Matt called to tell me he was stuck in traffic and was running late. He examined my system and provided several options for how i could proceed. Returned the next day and completed the install of a new garage door opener along with springs, hinges etc. All work was provided in a timely manner and Matt explained everything he was doing. I called in an spoke with a representative who was very nice and prompt at setting up my urgent appointment. The next day the technician Travis showed up at my home at the time they scheduled. The technician showed up early and even in the 100 degree heat in the garage got everything done. (We did provide a small fan, LOL!) The 2 field guys that happen to be next door when I approached them about looking at my old doors and the problems I was having were very kind and knowledgeable. I requested and received a same-day appointment. Kevin called me to see if he could come early for my service call and was patient with me when I explained that I was at another appointment. He arrived promptly at our newly agreed-upon time. He quickly determined that my opener needed to be replaced, but not before he attempted to repair my old one by replacing the circuit board. He had the new opener installed in about an hour, and even allowed my 4-year-old son to watch him put it in.
